This screwdriver with ratchet connection is a 2.3 mm hex and can be used either in connection with the torque ratchet or manually. The screwdriver 2.3 mm fits directly into the inner hex of the IMPLA Hex implants. It is used to adjust the screw-in depth after removing the insertion post (e.g. to correct the position of the hex). What’s more, it serves as a screwdriver for SAE cone adapters. The tool has a hole through which it can be secured with a thread.
